<p>Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission reported allowing retail investors to trade cryptocurrencies on exchanges that are licensed by two acceptable, investible indexes from independent providers.   The SFC intends to green-light retail trading in the new licensing regime for crypto exchanges.
