<h2 id="header-0">Staking Pool 27 goes live with users able to claim $BLOKN as a reward!</h2><p>Following the recent success of Bloktopia’s Reward Token, $BLOKN, that is solely redeemable against NFT purchases, we’re pleased to announce a new Staking Pool has gone live today offering up more $BLOKN tokens as rewards.</p><h3 id="the-purpose-of-blokn">The purpose of $BLOKN</h3><p>As a reminder, $BLOKN will stand as a unique token, distinct from the utility-focused $BLOK token.</p><p>Unlike $BLOK, $BLOKN is NOT and will never be a tradable token. It’s sole utility is an alternative means to purchase coveted Bloktopia NFTs- REBLOK and ADBLOK.</p><p>A key feature of $BLOKN is its role in reducing the total supply of $BLOK tokens. For each $BLOKN used to purchase an NFT, Bloktopia will <strong>BURN</strong> an equivalent amount of $BLOK from the Treasury Wallet.</p><h3 id="staking-pools-23-24-were-a-success">Staking Pools 23 &amp; 24 were a success!</h3><p>The first two Pools to have $BLOKN as claimable rewards, Pool 23 and 24, proved a huge success with the community.</p><p>Over 190,000,000 $BLOKN was claimed by Bloktopian’s who staked in Pool 23 and over 120,000,000 $BLOKN to be claimed once Pool 24 unlocks.</p><p>From this, over <strong>100</strong> REBLOK NFTs have already been purchased via the new Bloktopia Landsale portal by Bloktopian’s. This equates to 53,000,000 $BLOK and over $105,000 USD!</p><p>An equivalent amount of $BLOK is scheduled to be burnt as a result of the $BLOKN claiming rewards, on top of the standard amount of $BLOK being burnt for every REBLOK purchase also.
