<p>According to former US federal prosecutor James K. Filan, the SEC has asked Judge Analisa Torres of the Southern District of New York to move the deadline for its opening brief from March 13th to March 22nd, 2024, extend the deadline for <a href="https://coinedition.com/tag/ripple-xrp/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Ripple</a>‘s opposition brief from April 12th to April 22nd, 2024, and push back the deadline for its reply brief from April 29th to May 6th, 2024.</p>
