Cryptocurrency market maker Wintermute has reportedly begun accumulating Toncoin (TON). 
According to Onchain data, Wintermute moved 275,000 TON tokens, worth approximately $1 million, to a private wallet with the short address 0x700 about two hours ago. 
The company sent and kept 284,400 TON tokens to this address about two weeks ago. No deposit has been made to any cryptocurrency exchange from the address sent so far.

However, Toncoin continues to be on the agenda in the cryptocurrency world lately. TON, an altcoin linked to messaging giant Telegram, further increased its upward momentum after Telegram announced plans to go public. 
The altcoin, which increased by approximately 15% during the day, gained nearly 70% in value in the last month. 
However, it is noteworthy that TON is not listed on major cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance and Coinbase. TON is currently the 13th largest cryptocurrency in the world.
