Ultimately, the victims were stripped of control over their assets.</p>

Although the specifics of the recovery operation remain undisclosed, documentation from January 24th suggests that tracing efforts by the authorities led to the identification of five wallets involved in the scam. Tether has expressed pride in their cooperation with US authorities, cementing their stance on ensuring a secure and compliant crypto environment.</p>
