<p>The newly issued Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) outline protocols for effectively resolving complaints by asset reference token (ART) holders. The overarching goal of this framework is to foster innovation and fair competition while safeguarding the interests of retail holders and maintaining market integrity.</p>
