<p style="text-align: justify"><a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/binance-labs-invests-15-million-in-blockchain-game-developer-xterio/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Binance</a>‘s 41st Launchpool project, the altcoin project <strong>NFPrompt</strong> (NFP), has been the target of a comprehensive hack attack. The NFPrompt team shared details of the hack on their official X account, providing information on the measures taken and those planned to be implemented.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="strong-details-of-the-hack-attack-targeting-nfprompt-strong"><strong>Details of the Hack Attack Targeting NFPrompt</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">The NFPrompt team announced on their official X account that a group of hackers targeted various wallet addresses, including those belonging to NFP’s contract administrators.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The hackers managed to illegally access victims’ funds, including parts of NFP’s treasury and ecosystem fund. The team did not disclose the amount of funds stolen by the hackers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In response to the hack, the NFPrompt team took swift action to protect their users and assets, including transferring all smart contract ownerships to new wallet addresses. Additionally, major centralized exchanges (CEXs) have been informed to freeze all funds under the hackers’ control. The team has requested the CEXs with which they collaborate to temporarily suspend deposit transactions during the investigation, and they have asked decentralized exchanges (DEXs) to halt all liquidity pools containing NFP tokens as a precaution.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">NFPrompt advises users not to accept NFP from untrusted sources until the next announcement, noting that NFP tokens linked to the hackers will be flagged.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">As expected, following the official announcement of the hack, the price of NFP plummeted sharply. Current data shows that the altcoin’s price has dropped by 14.82% in the last 24 hours, trading at $0.7768.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="strong-collaboration-with-slowmist-and-chainalysis-fbi-informed-strong"><strong>Collaboration with SlowMist and Chainalysis, FBI Informed</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">As part of security measures, the NFPrompt team has started working with leading <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/exciting-developments-at-gpt-store-a-dive-into-the-world-of-possibilities/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3</a> security firms, including SlowMist and Chainalysis, to monitor the hackers’ activities on-chain and identify their identities. Additionally, the FBI has been informed to assist in capturing the hackers.</p>
