The company announced the pricing of its $525 million offering in 0.875% convertible senior notes due in 2031. This amount is an increase from the initially planned $500 million. The strategy underpins MicroStrategy’s commitment to investing in Bitcoin. It reflects a broader trend of embracing digital currencies among institutional investors.
