Trudeau stated that this move is an opportunity to increase Canada’s competitiveness and provide stable and well-paying jobs for the younger generations.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">The government’s strategy aims to support the development of new technologies, particularly in critical sectors and SMEs, and to promote the broader adoption of Artificial Intelligence. In this context, a fund of $405 million was announced. Part of this fund will be used to establish a new Canadian AI Security Institute, support the workforce affected by AI, and strengthen the implementation of AIDA (Artificial Intelligence and Data Act).</p>
