<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Ark Investment</strong> confirmed the investment in an email to clients, stating, “As of April 10, 2024, the Ark Venture Fund is investing in OpenAI.” The technology-focused asset manager assessed, “OpenAI is at the forefront of artificial intelligence capabilities.”</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Elon Musk</strong>‘s SpaceX and giants like Epic Games, as well as private companies, are among the investments of the closed-end Ark fund, which has now stepped into OpenAI. Ark investment committee member Brett Winton emphasized the strategic importance of the investment in an interview, saying, “Our fund is relatively new and small. To be honest, the progress in the fundamental model area has been faster than we even expected.” Winton added, “We believe there will be a potential market value of $16 trillion managed by fundamental model type companies by 2030.”</p>
