<p>Paradigm Capital, an employee-owned independent investment dealer, transferred 3,718 ETH to Anchorage Digital in the early hours of Sunday, April 28. According to Colin Wu, a famous Asian crypto journalist, this was the first time Paradigm transferred ETH in the past three months.&nbsp;</p>
