Coinbase went deep into its SEC lawsuit and political contributions as it disclosed strong Q1 results owing to the crypto rally in those months. Notably, Coinbase had previously dismissed an allegation by the SEC of operating as an unregistered broker through its Wallet service and highlighted the same in its shareholder letter. It also disclosed its support for Fairshake PAC, a major Super Political Action Committee in the US.</p>
