In the early hours of the Asian trading session today, the cryptocurrency market experienced a notable downturn, with an overall drop of nearly 3.5%. However, a swift recovery is now underway, strengthened by impressive surges in leading cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, each gaining more than 1.5% within the last hour alone. This sudden resurgence has injected a sense of optimism among traders, particularly as Toncoin (TON) and THORChain (RUNE) have shown remarkable upward momentum since the morning hours, keeping market sentiment optimistic.&nbsp;
In the latest hour, Bitcoin has managed to gather a 1.3% upside momentum, while Ethereum and Solana have surged by an impressive 1.5%. Analysts attribute this surge to the ongoing movement of Ethereum from Coinbase Institutional to an undisclosed wallet, with over $67 million worth ofETH transferred in the past hour alone. 
Despite the market’s recent uptick, an on-chain analytic firm recently posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), indicating an overallbearish sentiment. Indeed, the crypto market has taken a downward trajectory over the past week, marked by a significant 27% reduction in trading volume compared to the previous week. The downturn has been attributed to a plethora of uncertainties, including heightened United States CPI data and geopolitical tensions such as the Iran-Israel conflict. Both Bitcoin and Ethereum are currently teetering at critical support levels, standing at $60,000 and $2,930, respectively. Bitcoin is trading near the $61,750 mark, experiencing a respectable 1.8% upside momentum in the last 24 hours, while Ethereum hovers around $2,930, showcasing nearly 1% upside momentum over the same period.
According to experts, Bitcoin and Ethereum are looking good on the daily charts. Bitcoin seems ready for a bullish move, getting closer to breaking an important trendline while holding strong support at its current price.
Similarly, Ethereum’s charts also reflect a <a href="https://news.todayq.com/will-btc-price-recover-heres-what-etf-data-says/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">bullish sentiment</a>, with the cryptocurrency having traded within a channel pattern over the last 30 days. Presently, Ethereum finds itself at the lower boundary of this channel, presenting a compelling opportunity for a potential surge of over 10% in the days to come.
