<p>ETF Store President Nate Geraci has announced that the SEC is set to decide on an Ethereum spot ETF this week. The SEC must approve both the 19b-4 (change in rules of trading) and the S-1 (registration statement) to launch the ETF. However, it is technically possible for the SEC to approve the 19b-4 while delaying the S-1 approval due to low participation. This decision is eagerly anticipated by the crypto and investment communities.</p>
