<p>Pudgy Penguins, the now famous toy brand and the digital asset firm behind the Pudgy Penguins non-fungible token collection, has announced partnering with Big W, one of the biggest retail chains in Australia. The partnership is part of Pudgy Penguins’ mission to become a global toy NFT brand.</p>

<p>Big W is an Australian chain of discount department stores founded in regional New South Wales in 1964. The company is a division of the Woolworths Group and, as of 2024, operated 178 stores with around 18,000 employees across mainland Australia and Tasmania. Big W’s remarkable long-term retail industry performance makes it a global market attraction.</p>
<p>Under the new integration, the Pudgy Penguins team anticipates leveraging Big W’s good reputation to market their non-fungible token-inspired toys in the Australian region. The new partnership emerged a few days after Pudgy Penguin inked another partnership with Lotte, a retail and entertainment conglomerate, to expand its toy presence in South Korea and beyond.</p>

<p>Pudgy Penguins, which launched as an NFT toy brand last year, continues to expand its market reach to various regions around the world. The digital asset firm started selling its NFT-inspired toys online via Amazon, where they gained massive traction among crypto consumers who love toys.</p>
<p>Since then, Pudgy Penguins has relentlessly worked to ensure that their physical NFT-inspired toys are available to all people globally. In September 2023, the Pudgy Penguins team debuted its NFT toys in 2,000 Walmart retail stores across the United States of America. To date, Pudgy Penguins has extended its toy presence to 3,200 Walmart stores.</p>

Pudgy Penguins NFT Toys are now available in various places across the UK, Asia, USA, and Canada. Recently, Pudgy Penguins teamed up with Target, the second major retailer in the United States, to expand its presence in northern America.</p>
