<p><a href="https://dapperlabs.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Dapper Labs</a> has agreed to a $4 million settlement in the NBA Top Shot NFT lawsuit. A group of investors filed a lawsuit against the company and its CEO, Rohan Gharegozlou, alleging that they had broken federal securities laws in 2021. They claimed that Dapper Labs had unlawfully offered NBA Top Shot NFTs&nbsp; as securities.</p>
