And this will not end. Ransomware used to be very popular, and attackers involved in this have now turned to cryptocurrencies. They <a href="https://newslinker.co/category/cybersecurity/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpel-link="exclude">hack</a> crypto protocols and target <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" data-wpel-link="exclude">investors</a> to empty their wallets. Thus, their loot becomes much larger.</p> 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="uwu-lend-hacked">UwU Lend Hacked</h2> 
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Arkham</strong> announced a few minutes ago that the UwU Lend protocol was recently hacked. Attackers seized approximately 20 million dollars in cryptocurrency and continue to make transfers. Simultaneously with Arkham, on-chain security company Cyvers also reported the incident.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The DeFi protocol UwU Lends offered liquidity services such as borrowing/lending. According to Cyvers’ CTO and co-founder Meir Dolev, the attack is still ongoing.</p>
