<h2 id="header-0">Bridged USDC is almost here</h2><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/optimized-uploads/36a62d7e9a1d4e6aa081965f91d70672.png" />The Qtum team has completed the development of the bridge infrastructure, which Certik has audited, and Sayfer has audited the MetaMask Snap portion of the bridge. No major security issues were found, and all low or medium issues have been addressed.Bridged Sepolia USDC has been successfully bridged to Qtum Testnet using a &#34;sideloaded&#34; MetaMask Snap wallet, and the team is working on getting their audited MetaMask Snap bundled into the greater MetaMask Chrome extension.Once testing is completed, we can start bridging Circle USDC back and forth between Qtum Testnet and Ethereum Sepolia and bring this to the mainnet. We updated an SSL certificate and upgraded the server to prepare for an expected traffic increase due to developers accessing USDC on Qtum. We may even plan out a fun community event that takes place on the Qtum test network.
