Tesla shareholders have voted overwhelmingly to approve a $56 billion pay package for CEO Elon Musk and to move the electric vehicle maker's legal home to Texas. The substantial shareholder endorsement of Musk’s pay package, the largest remuneration terms in U.S. corporate history, is poised to alleviate investor concerns about Musk's future with the company.
