<p>Billionaire investor and cryptocurrency advocate Mark Cuban has warned that the Securities and Exchange Commission’s aggressive regulatory approach, spearheaded by Chairman Gary Gensler, could jeopardize President Joe Biden’s re-election bid.</p>
