<p>CEO of Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse, has <a href="https://x.com/RippleXrpie/status/1802068625387360379">disclosed</a> a major partnership to create their Central Bank Digital Currency (<a href="https://www.crypto-news-flash.com/ripple-leads-the-charge-in-cbdc-adoption-across-dozens-of-countries/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CBDC</a>) with ten different governments. These collaborations seek to include blockchain technology from Ripple to improve the security and efficiency of financial systems everywhere.</p> 
<p>Though the specifics are still mostly unknown, the project represents a significant step forward in the use of blockchain technology for national digital currencies.</p>

<h2 id="strong-ripple-partners-with-governments-on-cbdcs-strong"><strong>Ripple Partners with Governments on CBDCs</strong></h2> 
<p>The involvement of Ripple with different governments is a major step in the banking industry’s digitalization. As per Garlinghouse, these government CBDCs will work like stablecoins, which are meant to keep their value constant in relation to conventional currencies.</p> 
<p>Even if not every partnership is disclosed, the project implies a shift to more effective and safe payment systems. It is predicted that ripple would improve cross-border transaction efficiency, financial transparency, and operational efficiency.</p> 
<h3 id="strong-introducing-real-usd-rlusd-strong"><strong>Introducing Real USD (RLUSD)</strong></h3> 
<p>Apart from its government alliances, Ripple is getting ready to launch Real USD (<a href="https://www.crypto-news-flash.com/rlusd-ripples-new-stablecoin-set-to-shake-up-the-market/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RLUSD</a>), its stablecoin, echoing earlier coverage by CNF. Presented at the most recent XRP Ledger Community Summit in Amsterdam, this new stablecoin seeks to stabilize transactions inside the XRP Ledger by establishing a direct connection to the US dollar.</p> 
<p>With RLUSD accessible on Ethereum and the XRP Ledger, its use across several blockchain platforms will be expanded.</p>
