He suggested that the sales by governments are a form of Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt (FUD), a term commonly used in the crypto community to describe misinformation spread to influence market prices negatively.</h3>
Ju's analysis of the situation highlighted the robust liquidity capacity of Coinbase Prime, noting that it can handle between 20,000 and 49,000 BTC per day during periods of high spot ETF inflows, and between 6,000 and 15,000 <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency-news/bitcoin-dominance-plunged-is-it-right-time-to-buy-altcoins" title="BTC" class="f-link" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BTC </a>on days with lower inflows.
Given this capacity for managing sell-side liquidity, Ju believes that the sale of 4,000 BTC by the US government is unlikely to have a significant impact on the market.
In a recent post, Ju said, “US gov't sold 4000 Bitcoin today, but less likely to impact the market. Coinbase Prime handled 20-49K BTC in sell-side liquidity daily during high spot ETF inflows and 6-15K daily during low spot ETF inflows. Posting this because I'm tired of "the gov't selling" FUDs.”

On the technical chart, Bitcoin is trading at 61,219 with an intraday gain of 0.60% at the time of writing.&nbsp;

At press time the bitcoin price is trading below the 20 and 50-day EMA level and above the 200-day exponential moving average.
The RSI curve currently trading in the oversold zone which is a bearish signal. BTC needs the buyer's support to reach the upper levels.
