According to data from PeckShieldAlert, which tracks fraud-related activities, over 200 major incidents were recorded, leading to losses of around $1.56 billion. Among the most affected were Ethereum, Bitcoin, and <a href="https://en.bitcoinhaber.net/xrp-struggles-to-keep-pace-with-crypto-market-growth" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRP</a>. Even these well-established currencies were not immune to breaches. Ethereum and BNB Chain were particularly hard-hit, making up 31.3% of the total hacks, while Arbitrum followed with 12.5%.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">These concentrated attacks on popular networks like Ethereum and BNB Chain highlight their significance within the crypto landscape. Their extensive user bases and high adoption rates have rendered them prime targets for cybercriminals.
