<p>Amidst Bitcoin’s decline and the German government transferring millions of dollars worth of BTC, Tron founder Justin Sun took to X and expressed that he is willing to negotiate with the German government to purchase all BTC off-market to minimize the impact on the market. He reportedly controls more than $1 billion in crypto assets, according to Arkham Intelligence. The German government holds approximately 40,359 BTC, worth an estimated $2.33 billion. The German government had again transferred 1,300 Bitcoins to Coinbase, Kraken, and Bitstamp exchanges</p>
