 Notcoin, a popular Telegram-based mini-game, has partnered with gaming analytics firm Helika to launch a gaming accelerator on Telegram.

The accelerator program, backed by $50 million in funding from Helika, is designed to support game studios, mobile app developers, and indie creators in creating games for the Telegram platform and the TON blockchain.
According to a<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://x.com/thenotcoin/status/1808565780667109741?t=GJP0lZvNnug3kQLsDy_Ffw&amp;s=19" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> statement</a> recently published on social media, the Notcoin team noted the collaboration marks a significant step in expanding Telegram’s ecosystem of mini-apps. These mini-apps, initially introduced by Notcoin, have seen significant user engagement since the project’s version debuted in 2023.
Notably, the launch of the Accelerator comes on the heels of the success of<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://twitter.com/hamster_kombat/status/1800499275836829866?t=GM9Xsy8_oSSLubGUkO4BgQ&amp;s=19" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> games like Hamster Kombat</a>, which has attracted 200 million players since its debut on Telegram in March 2024.
According to the Notcoin team, applications for the first cohort of the Accelerator will open next week.
Notably, Heika had earlier<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://x.com/HelikaGaming/status/1808206546658288019" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> announced</a> a partnership with TON blockchain to establish a product line dedicated to help studios build, grow and optimize games at scale on Telegram and on the blockchain.
According to the firm’s statement, Anton Umnov, CEO of Helika, emphasized the potential for game studios to leverage Telegram’s extensive user base for global acquisition and engagement.
Meanwhile, in a similar development, HashKey Group recently<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://defi-planet.com/2024/07/hashkey-group-to-airdrop-hsk-token-via-tap-to-earn-telegram-game/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> announced</a> its native token, $HSK, with distribution set to occur via an airdrop campaign on Telegram. Participants can claim tokens by interacting with the “DejenDog” Telegram bot game and completing designated tasks.
The Group, which is a prominent player in Asia’s crypto and blockchain space, plans to distribute 10 million $HSK tokens to its community ahead of the token’s listing in Q3 2024. The $HSK token will function as a governance token, facilitate gas fee transactions, and offer various incentives within the HashKey ecosystem.
