SBI Group, and South Korea’s Kyobo Life Insurance Group have formed an official strategic business partnership for advanced growth in digital finance and technology. The cooperation is aimed at promoting innovation in the area of security token offerings (STO) with advanced financial technologies targeting clients across the globe.

The <a href="https://www.sbigroup.co.jp/english/news/pdf/2024/0704_a_en.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">collaboration</a> will explore innovative avenues, including the formation of a consortium to lead the STO business landscape. Kyobo Life and SBI Group will leverage blockchain technology to introduce security tokens, which represent tangible assets such as equities and fixed income in digital form.&nbsp;
