<p>The <a href="https://xrpl.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRPL</a> Accelerator Launch Program has announced the <a href="https://dev.to/ripplexdev/18-projects-announced-as-part-of-xrpl-accelerator-first-launch-cohort-3eb0" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">latest cohort</a> of innovative blockchain projects, selected from more than 150 applications. These projects range in various sectors, including decentralized finance (DeFi), decentralized identification (DID), infrastructure, real-world assets (RWA), and verifiable credentials.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Each project that is chosen will be awarded a grant of up to $100,000 in addition to important networking opportunities and industry expert mentoring. One of the notable ideas picked for this program is Alt DRX, which takes an original approach to real estate investment by tokenizing square footage into tradeable digital assets known as Property Tokens.&nbsp;</p>
<p>These tokens indicate a proportional value in certain properties managed by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which increases liquidity and market participation in real estate transactions. Moai Finance is working on a cross-chain <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/jupiter-dex-embraces-blinks-unveiling-the-future-of-decentralized-exchanges-will-jup-set-a-new-ath/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">DEX aggregator</a> and multi-chain DEX to increase XRPL asset liquidity.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Their main solution is an automated market maker (AMM)-based decentralized protocol to enable seamless asset exchange across many blockchains. Propto is another project selected in the program and it specializes in a decentralized exchange and tokenization platform that allows commercial property owners to fractionalize and offer their assets on-chain.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This innovation expands access to commercial real estate investments by enabling smaller investors to engage in a previously limited market. MC² Finance’s creative infrastructure facilitates a robust digital asset fund marketplace while Ryzer seeks to revolutionize real estate investment through tokenization by providing a platform for fractional property ownership.</p>
<p>The XRPL Accelerator’s is dedicated to <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/xrpl-grants-wave-7-arrives-calls-projects-with-dex-and-defi-focus/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">encouraging innovation</a> on the XRP Ledger by providing substantial cash, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The program assists builders in developing their ideas and accomplishing major advances across several sectors.&nbsp;</p>
