<p>The crypto prices today have encountered slight turbulency, as also illustrated by the broader market trend. The global crypto market cap saw a 0.49% decline over the past day to $2.12 trillion. Simultaneously, Bitcoin (BTC) showcased price fluctuations near the $57K level.</p> 
<p>However, Ethereum (ETH) managed to trade in the green despite a volatile movement. Similarly, XRP held firm above its resistance of $0.45. Conversely, Solana (SOL) traded dominantly in red territory.</p> 
<p>Besides, the global <a href="https://coingape.com/glossary/cryptocurrency/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cryptocurrency</a> market volume witnessed a 9.62% increase to $68.66 billion. Here’s a brief report on some of the top coins and their price run today, July 12.</p>

<h3 id="bitcoin-price">Bitcoin Price</h3> 
<p>The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/bitcoin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BTC price</a> dipped 0.58% at press time to trade at $57,069.93. The token’s 24-hour lows and highs were $56,561.06 and $59,387.38, respectively.</p> 
<p>Bitcoin’s dominance witnessed a 0.17% decrease over the past day to 53.27%. This turbulent trajectory comes despite continued inflows in the U.S. Spot <a rel="nofollow" href="https://sosovalue.xyz/zh/assets/etf/us-btc-spot" target="_blank">Bitcoin ETFs</a>. Data by Soso Value shows $78.93 million inflows as of July 11.</p> 
<p>However, the German Government has continued dumping, with its <a href="https://coingape.com/german-govt-now-only-has-9094-bitcoins-to-sell-is-the-bottom-in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bitcoin holdings</a> now evaluating to slightly above 9K BTC. It’s worth mentioning that further dumps by the govt. may cause the flagship crypto to take the heat.</p>
