Also, on July 3, MANTRA announced that the UAE real estate giant MAG will team up with them to tokenize $500 million in real estate assets. 
According to their official<a href="https://x.com/MANTRA_Chain/status/1808404434877403196" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> post</a> on X, MANTRA and MAG will collaborate to democratize access to luxury UAE real estate using secure, yield-bearing vault products backed by the L1 technology. 
The collaboration unlocks unique investment opportunities in the Middle Eastern market for tokenized real estate, positioning MANTRA and MAG as important players within the region. 
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG Lifestyle Development said that working with MANTRA allows them to leverage cutting-edge blockchain technology to enhance the value and accessibility of their real-world estate offerings. 
According to him, this strategic collaboration is important and forward-facing as they continue to innovate and lead in luxury real estate development.
