The crypto asset has broken below its 4-month range and 200-day moving average, causing concern among investors. However, Davis suggests the Wyckoff reaccumulation pattern could indicate a bullish future for Bitcoin.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Davis breaks down the accumulation phase into four distinct stages. Phase A marks the final stages of a bear market with decreasing selling pressure. In Phase B, smart investors begin accumulating assets during consolidation. <p>Davis draws parallels between Bitcoin’s price action and the Wyckoff reaccumulation pattern. The crypto has bounced between range highs and lows, followed by a recent slide. This slide could represent the ‘spring’ phase, potentially setting the stage for a price advance.</p>
<p><em>“The spring phase is a sharp decline in price, often flushing out leverage,”</em> Davis explains. He adds, <em>“This lays a strong foundation for the subsequent price advance.”</em> This interpretation suggests a possible bullish outcome for Bitcoin soon.</p>
<p>While Davis leans towards a bullish outlook, he acknowledges alternative scenarios. A bearish pattern, similar to the distribution phase, could potentially lead to a downtrend.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Additionally, Davis points out the formation of a giant bull flag, indicating a reaccumulation phase within a bull market.</p>
<p>Two critical support levels for Bitcoin are identified: around $66,000 and $64,000. Davis states, <em>“Successful reclaim and retest of these levels could lead to new all-time highs by the end of the year.”</em>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Conversely, failure to reclaim these levels might result in prolonged market sluggishness.</p>
