The German government, which has been creating sales pressure on Bitcoin since mid-June, sent all the BTC in its wallet to stock exchanges and market makers yesterday evening. 
However, BTC came to the wallet of the German government again. 
According to Arkham data, the German government received 0.0000321 BTC from an unknown person 2 hours after sending the last BTCs. 
After this first BTC donation, the German government had $1.87 of BTC in its wallet, while this balance increased to $230 in recent hours. 
Various Bitcoiners donated a total of $230 to the wallet of the German Government, which sold all their BTC and the wallet balance increased to 0.004 BTC.
