Zeebit plans to introduce the inaugural completely decentralized risk-on microgaming platform on <a href="https://optimisus.com/news/solana-launches-zk-compression-a-new-feature-that-drastically-cuts-costs/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana</a> blockchain, constructed with Sonic infrastructure. The platform will include traditional casino games, player versus player (PVP) games, and Web3 native high-risk experiences.These offerings will be supported by a system that ensures fairness and transparency, as well as a settlement process that does not involve custodial control.Zeebit’s platform will utilize Sonic’s scalable Layer 2 (L2) platform, specifically built to accommodate high-volume decentralized applications (dapps) with transactions settled on the Solana Layer 1 (L1) network.Zeebit’s existing Solana-based platform will be transferred to Sonic L2 as part of the endeavor, including all player histories, statistics, and points.Bayzian, a key contributor, stated that the partnership with Sonic became feasible as a result of recent improvements to the Support Vector Machine (SVM). These upgrades have allowed for the utilization of fundamental features, enabling the creation of innovative games and experiences.Zeebit will be one of the initial game platforms to launch on Sonic, providing one of the earliest chances for individuals to explore and engage with the offerings of Sonic, and contribute to the expansion of the Sonic ecosystem.Zeebit, supported by web3 venture capitalists and nurtured by Solana Labs, aims to develop novel onchain interactions by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like verified random function (VRF) for onchain unpredictability. The platform is scheduled to debut on the Sonic testnet in the upcoming weeks, showcasing a variety of both old and new titles.
