Shibarium, the L2 blockchain network associated with Shiba Inu, has seen a drop in user engagement, transaction volume, and other important indicators, which has likely contributed to a lack of <a href="https://bitcoinist.com/dogecoin-and-shiba-inu-whales-withdraw-millions-from-robinhood-whats-going-on/">full bullish sentiment</a> surrounding the token.&nbsp;</p>
