While Ethereum futures do not show any more excitement than the regular spot trades, the basis rate is also on par with Bitcoin (BTC), which stands at 11%, indicating no excessive bullishness among Ethereum (ETH) traders. 
Some market analysts argue that this leaves room for a surprise rally on Ethereum (ETH) once Spot Ethereum ETFs go live.
