          <p>The DBR token allocation will be determined by user activity and fees paid to the deBridge protocol since April. Specifically, a snapshot was taken at 21:00 UTC on July 23 to record user contributions. Those who have been active in moving funds through the protocol and paying associated fees will receive DBR tokens. Also, reflecting their historical participation and support.</p>
