Set in the Chainmonsters universe, players assume the role of an N-Corp lab researcher, tapping a crystal to earn Coins. These Coins can be used to purchase lab upgrades, increasing your earn rate.By collecting Coins, players will climb the leaderboard and increase their share of the soon-to-release $MONSTER, a token that will drive the upcoming Chainmonsters MMO.If you’re lucky, your research may also see you discover an elusive Chainmon — creatures with special abilities that inhabit the world of Ancora — and upon the launch of the Chainmonsters MMO, these Chainmon will have exclusive in-game utility.Additional leaderboard points — and therefore a larger share of the airdrop — can be earned by completing tasks within Tapmonsters, and inviting your friends to play too.By reaching Level 10 in Tapmonsters, players will also receive an exclusive reward, available to claim within Chainmonsters on launch.Tapmonsters is available to play now: <a href="https://t.me/tapmonsters_bot" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://t.me/tapmonsters_bot</a><h2 id="header-1">What is $MONSTER?</h2>$MONSTER is an upcoming utility token which will power the ecosystem for Chainmonsters, an upcoming web3 monster-taming MMO.The token will power a range of in-game interactions, including the ability to acquire Shards, purchase in-game items, earn passive rewards via staking and much more.A significant portion of the $MONSTER token pool will be distributed to Tapmonsters players.Further information on the tokenomics and use cases of $MONSTER will be revealed soon.I hold $WOMBAT/$WAS. Why does this matter to me?A portion of $MONSTER tokens will be airdropped exclusively to $PLAI holders. We anticipate the $MONSTER airdrop will take place after the <a href="https://spielworks.gitbook.io/spielworks-litepaper/usdplai-tokenomics" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">merge with $PLAI</a>, so current $WOMBAT and $WAS holders will receive an allocation of $MONSTER.$PLAI will serve as the main liquidity hub for $MONSTER, and all future tokens in the Spielworks ecosystem, ensuring healthy liquidity.Furthermore, we are committing 25% of net revenue to buy back and burn both $WOMBAT and $WAS (and later on, $PLAI) until the launch of $MONSTER.These are just our first steps.
