A new move came from Ethereum (ETH) co-founder Vitalik Buterin, who positively affected the market and the price of the relevant altcoin with his shares and statements.
This time Vitalik Buterin sold an altcoin and dumped the price.
According to EmberCN's post, Vitalik Buterin sold memecoin Neiro for Ethereum.
After its creation, the Ethereum-based memecoin project Neiro transferred 17.1 billion Neiro (4% of the total supply) to Buterin's address via its distribution address. This was subsequently used to promote Buterin as the biggest owner of the project.
Vitalik then sold 17.1 billion Neiro for 44.5 ETH ($112 thousand), causing the price of Neiro to drop by 60%.
Wu Blockchain also revealed the actual Neiro sold by Vitalik Buterin, warning that there are many Neiro memecoins with the same name.
