• WEMIX Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be revised following the upcoming WEMIX PLAY renewal.

• Article 1 : The purpose and scope will be revised.
• Article 2 : The definition of WEMIX Service, Digital Asset Information Provision, WEMIX Wallet, User, Digital Asset, NFT, WEMIX Classic, WEMIX Coin, WEMIX$, Private Key, WEMIX Platform, DeFi Service will be revised.
• Article 2 : The terms Game Information Provision, STAKE 360, REFLECT, PLAY Wallet, Member, Game, Game Token will be removed.
• Article 2 : Scope and Explorer will be renamed as Scan.
• Article 3 : The article introduction will be revised.
• Article 3 : Digital Asset Information Provision service details will be added.
• Article 3 : PLAY Wallet, Digital Asset and Game Information Provision through WEMIX PLAY, STAKE 360, REFLECT, Bridge, GameFi service details will be removed.
• Article 3 : Scope and Explorer will be renamed as Scan.
• Article 4 : Registration, Naming Policy sections will be removed.
• Article 4 : The method for opting out of commercial emails will be revised.
• Article 4 : Warranty, Fraud Policy, Account Theft Policy, Failure Recovery Policy sections will be revised.
• Article 5 : Service Suspension section will be removed.
• Article 5 : User Obligations and Responsibilities, High-Risk Region Restrictions sections will be revised.
• Article 6 : Service Termination details will be revised.
• Article 7 : Copyright details will be revised.
• Article 8 : Indemnification and Immunity details will be revised.
• Article 9 : Other details will be revised.

• The purpose and scope will be revised.
• COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA policy will be revised.
- Age information will be collected.
- WEMIX NFT creator and WEMIX Forum information will no longer be collected.
• USE OF PERSONAL DATA policy will be revised.
- Personal information will be used for WEMIX Wallet connection and marketing purposes.
- The use of personal information for legal purposes will be revised.
• DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA policy will be revised.
- Personal information will be shared with affiliates.
- The list of countries where service providers operate will be expanded.
• DATA RETENTION policy will be revised.
- The data retention guidelines and conditions will be revised.
• YOUR DUTY AND RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA policy will be revised.
- Details will be added in user rights in connection with personal data.
• The policy on CHANGES TO THIS POLICY will be removed.
• An appendix listing the websites, platforms, games, and services covered by this Privacy Policy will be added.
• Game publishers onboarded on WEMIX PLAY will be added to the appendix for information collected from third parties.
• An appendix listing the information shared with third parties will be added.

• Implementation : September 11, 2024
