The project is currently in a presale, and it has raised over $7.5 million so far.</p>
<p>As the first Pepe-themed meme coin with its own layer 2 blockchain, investors are scrambling to secure the biggest discount on Pepe Unchained.</p>

<p>The analyst then turned to Pepe Unchained’s utility, highlighting that it’s an Ethereum layer 2 blockchain with lower fees and faster speeds.</p>
