With Bitcoin exchange outflows hitting record levels, many are speculating that a price rally might be on the horizon. While the surge in Bitcoin exchange outflows and whale activity is promising, the market is still walking a tightrope. Specifically, there are orders to sell 31,458 BTC at an average price of $61,267, compared to buy orders for 27,734 BTC at an average price of $61,263. 
This delicate balance suggests that while the market sentiment is leaning towards bullishness, it has not yet reached a tipping point. For Bitcoin to break through the identified resistance levels and push towards $70,000, the buying pressure will need to increase.
