Venezuela&#39;s government has blocked access to the cryptocurrency exchange Binance and the social media platform X during ongoing unrest over disputed presidential election results. The block, detected on August 9, also affected other online services in the country.Binance assured users that their funds are safe and advised using a VPN to bypass the restrictions. The block followed President Nicolas Maduro&#39;s order to ban X for 10 days amid a public spat with its owner, Elon Musk.The move comes as Venezuela faces widespread protests and international skepticism over the election results, with both Maduro and his rival claiming victory.
