The Japanese-based crypto exchange, which was closed down for more than a decade due to severe losses, recently transferred around $2 billion BTC to a digital asset wallet, believed to be <a href="https://cryptotale.org/bitgos-tss-wallet-vulnerability-flagged-by-fireblocks/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BitGo</a>.Arkham Intelligence, a crypto analyst firm, <a href="https://twitter.com/ArkhamIntel/status/1823375642953486636" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">revealed </a>the recent developments in its X profile on Tuesday. This action from the deficit company caused many of Mt.Gox&#39;s creditors to expect receiving compensation, which was delayed by ten years. Arkham stated in their post that the wallet connected with the crypto exchange ran a test transaction.<a href="https://cryptotale.org/mt-gox-begins-historic-btc-repayments-market-impact-revealed/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Mt.Gox</a> partnered with five service providers to initiate repayments, and BitGo, which received around $2.19 billion <a href="https://cryptotale.org/will-bitcoin-dip-to-40000-before-hitting-100k-insights/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a>, will be the final distributor of the firm&#39;s creditor funds. Arkham, adding to <a href="https://platform.arkhamintelligence.com/explorer/address/bc1q26tsxc0ge7phvcr2kyczexqf5pcj8rk79cqk90h34c30dn9dskeq3gmw3f" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">speculations</a>, stated that the suspected BitGo address received around 33,105 Bitcoin and later transferred around 33,023 BTC (worth about $1.96 billion) to a new address on Tuesday.
