Another Harvard <a href="https://www.hbs.edu/ris/Publication%20Files/24-078_3deb075c-780b-4c05-8c0b-e13fcd2dc8b9.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">study</a> conducted this year suggests that interaction with AI companions reduces loneliness on par with interacting with another human. Further studies have also <a href="https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/JRIT-03-2024-0073/full/html#:~:text=By%20leveraging%20machine%20learning%20algorithms,et%20al.%2C%202020)." rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">revealed</a> AI Companions can assist in social and emotional skill development.
