This capability will bring in features like transaction aggregation, transaction fee sponsorship, and enhanced privilege management, all of which are anticipated to enhance dApp usability.</p>  
<p>Another significant change is the enhancement of the validator staking limit from 32 ETH to 2,048 ETH. This change is intended to increase the size of validators, decrease expenses, and help smaller validators get compound gains.
