Dear MoonBag community,We have some important announcements to share with you, ranging from good news to some that might be a bit more challenging. Let’s dive in and cover the good, the bad, and the ugly.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/56a740a250f94ae2a36a612263f1fc5b.png" /><h2 id="header-0">The Good</h2>We’ve successfully secured another listing on a well-known centralized exchange (CEX). While we can’t reveal the name just yet due to their listing requirements, we can confirm that trading will begin on this CEX on October 16, 2024, at 1 PM UTC.In another significant step forward, we’ve renounced the MoonBag contract, making the medium centralization risk in our audit report obsolete. The contract is now owned by the dead wallet, meaning no changes can ever be made, and no manipulation is possible. This renouncement ensures maximum security and transparency for our community.Additionally, we’ve made a significant move by burning the 3,844,000,000 MBAG coins that were allocated for the MoonTap game. These coins have been permanently sent to a dead wallet, reducing the overall supply and strengthening the value of your holdings.We’ve also finalized an agreement with CLS Global, a top-tier market-making firm known for handling over 300 clients, including Floki Inu, Kaspa, and Seedify. CLS Global will be managing market making for both of our CEXs, ensuring that our token’s market performance is in expert hands.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/63c2c3bcece7459fa9288494b389e91a.png" /><h2 id="header-1">The Bad</h2>Unfortunately, we were unable to secure the CEX listing on the same date and time as our initial listing. While this may have been disappointing, launching both exchanges simultaneously could have caused greater price fluctuations. To ensure stable trading, we need to allocate liquidity carefully across the exchanges. This may mean adjusting the funds originally intended for our buyback and burn strategy to accommodate liquidity needs on the CEXs and with our market makers. We understand this caused some frustration in our Telegram group, and we deeply regret any negativity this might have caused. We’ve always aimed to keep the community informed and positive, and to mitigate the situation, we decided to burn the coins that were allocated for the game.Lastly, we want to address the ongoing questions about post-launch price action. The truth is, the future price of MoonBag lies in the hands of the community. We can implement measures and support with market makers, but ultimately, the decision to hold or sell is yours.
