Two new projects will be launched by Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) Layer 2&nbsp;Fhenix to hasten the adoption of its expanding ecosystem as per the latest announcement. For developers and projects interested in using Fhenix L2, twin&nbsp;grant and bounty&nbsp;programs have been established to provide incentives and assistance.
To encourage researchers to explore the potential of Fully Homomorphic Encryption for confidential computing, the Fhenix Grant program has been established. Developers working on FHE infrastructure or planning to release confidential apps onchain are eligible to apply for the initiative, which is presently accepting applications.
Projects that provide critical tooling&nbsp;for dealing with data secured&nbsp;by Fully Homomorphic Encryption and generate unique use cases are being sought after by Fhenix. In order to get funding&nbsp;to assist develop their solution, qualifying grantees are required to specify critical deliverables, key performance indicators, and project milestones in their applications.

The Fhenix team&nbsp;will go over all of the grant applications thoroughly and get in touch with the projects to ask for clarification if needed. Additionally, there is a bounty program that works in tandem with the Fhenix grant program to provide funding for more targeted, smaller initiatives. At the end of each project, the Fhenix team will try to assign the most qualified participants&nbsp;to each bounty, and those who were successful will get the corresponding bounty reward.
With the help of the Fhenix grant and bounty&nbsp;programs, more developers will be able to learn about its EVM-compatible L2&nbsp;and create use cases that utilize FHE. During the process, it will highlight the various confidentiality-enabled apps that use Fully Homomorphic Encryption.
