A report recently surfaced on X claiming that XRP had experienced another glitch sending its price to an astronomical $9,557,352. 
The <a href="https://x.com/_Crypto_Barbie/status/1826337018101842094?t=sktkActI5HkMCVeUwln6yA&amp;s=19">report</a> was shared by Amelie (@_Crypto_Barbie), a prominent XRP enthusiast. The post quickly garnered significant attention, sparking a wave of reactions and discussions across the platform. 
The initial post by Amelie was accompanied by an image or screenshot that displayed the inflated XRP price. Such price anomalies are not entirely unheard of in the cryptocurrency world, where <a href="https://timestabloid.com/another-xrp-glitch-on-this-top-exchange-ignites-community-reactions/">glitches can occur</a> due to technical errors, data feed issues, or exchange malfunctions. However, the magnitude of this particular glitch made it stand out and draw widespread attention.

Further adding to the conversation, a different user <a href="https://x.com/NorbWrk/status/1826344547892560106?t=H31HubrFNj03jgCgKOxpYQ&amp;s=19">shared</a> an image showing XRP valued at $1,042 and ranked as the number one cryptocurrency, even above Bitcoin, which was depicted as being priced at $146,000. 
The user commented, “Let’s start with this,” suggesting that XRP needs to hit smaller milestones like the $1,000 level first before the community considers higher prices. 
Another user dismissed the glitch as a possible fabrication, <a href="https://x.com/KoenigManja/status/1826345266733036013?t=GdYIfiin9TxG0ZKqoYOf8w&amp;s=19">commenting</a>, “Photoshop.” Many in the community share this skepticism, but another user rebutted with a <a href="https://x.com/Ericsansca86/status/1826395935737610263?t=wvgdxsaVnn0WxVoKruNlmw&amp;s=19">screenshot</a> of a Times Tabloid article reporting on the same glitch.

Interestingly, this exact image was posted in July by JackTheRippler (@RippleXrpie), another prominent figure in the crypto community, as <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-price-suddenly-spiked-to-9557352-on-this-top-crypto-price-aggregator/">reported</a> by Times Tabloid. This occurred in mid-July, and some in the community attempted to point this out, with one user <a href="https://x.com/jacob_j33598/status/1826351861982724322?t=jfz_Eb2x9hlhCPR-stnkXQ&amp;s=19">stating</a>, “Many of us seen this. Catch up.”
