<p>Cryptocurrency analytics firm Lookonchain has provided insight into Bitcoin’s potential future trajectory following the recent price crashes in August.</p>
<p>As the market speculates on whether the BTC price will continue its decline or reverse, Lookonchain has outlined five key indicators that will help determine Bitcoin’s next course.</p>
<h2 id="rainbow-chart">Rainbow Chart</h2>

Lookonchain notes that Bitcoin’s current RSI reading is 61.87, indicating that BTC has not yet peaked and may have room for further growth.</p>
<h2 id="200-week-moving-average-heat-map">200 Week Moving Average Heat Map</h2>
<p>This indicator tracks the Bitcoin price against its 200-week moving average. When the heatmap shows a blue color, it indicates that the price peak has not been reached and indicates a hold or buy opportunity. Lookonchain notes that Bitcoin’s current position on the heatmap remains blue, reinforcing the idea that the market has not yet reached its peak.</p>
<h2 id="cumulative-value-of-coin-days-lost-cvdd">Cumulative Value of Coin Days Lost (CVDD)</h2>
<p>CVDD is another metric that helps gauge whether Bitcoin is undervalued or overvalued. When the Bitcoin price touches the green line on this chart, it indicates that BTC is undervalued and presents a good buying opportunity. According to Lookonchain, the current CVDD suggests that Bitcoin has yet to peak, further supporting a hold or buy case.</p>
<h2 id="2-year-ma-multiplier">2 Year MA Multiplier</h2>
<p>2 Year MA Multiplier, Bitcoin’in fiyatını iki yıllık hareketli ortalama ile karşılaştırır ve fiyatın kırmızı ve yeşil çizgiler arasındaki konumu piyasa duyarlılığını gösterir.
