The TON blockchain’s recent DOGS token distribution has set several major records, with 17 million users claiming their tokens in just two weeks.&nbsp;

This surge has significantly boosted TON’s daily activity, with daily active users reaching up to 1.1 million and a one-day transaction peak of 14.4 million, largely driven by the token’s popularity. 
DOGS, inspired by Telegram founder Pavel Durov’s dog sketch, has now become the token with the most unique holders (4.5 million wallets) across all chains except for USDt on TRON and Ethereum. This makes it the largest meme token generation event (TGE) in history.

The TON blockchain aims to capitalize on this momentum with more TGEs planned for CatizenAI and Hamster Kombat in September, expected to bring millions of additional users to the ecosystem. These launches signal an expansion of TON’s influence within the memecoin market and the broader blockchain community.
