Sarah Howe, Head of Talent Acquisition at Consensys, emphasizes: “<em>The mission of blockchain technology and the values of Web3 – decentralization, freedom, innovation, transparency, and self-sovereignty – strongly motivate these professionals</em>.” This vision inspires 75% of employees to stay in the sector, far beyond mere social benefits.</p>
